Visit Ouest is a DMC specializing in the West of France. We propose the full range of trips that the territory can offer: hiking and cycling, gastronomy, water sports, heritage, pilgrimage routes, etc. For individuals, groups and MICE.

Our territory begins in Paris, goes up towards the Baie de Somme, runs along the Normandy and Breton coasts and leaves again towards Paris, crossing the Loire Valley and its castles.

History

Mikaël and Loïc created the agency in 2010. Mikaël, 100% Breton, born in Brest, worked for 10 years in hiking. Loïc started in advertising. They met in Clermont Ferrand as part of their tourism studies. After a few years on their own, they decided to join forces to create the Visit Ouest brand and pool their complementary expertise.

Specialties

Hiking and cycling

The area is suitable for this practice. Along the Loire castles, on the pink granite coast, on the islands of Jersey or Guernsey, on the Normandy landing beaches. All our routes are checked every 2 years. We provide a complete and very detailed road book, maps and GPS for the bikes. The GR34 was elected the French favorite GR in 2018, and goes all around Brittany. From the Baie de Somme to the Vendée islands, the landscapes are all different and very often spectacular.

Fly and drive

By car, motorhome, camper van, it is very easy to discover our wide open spaces. Our detailed roads books make your trip easier, with our addresses and our favorites. The choice of accommodation is colossal, from guest rooms to 5 stars, anything is possible. Each itinerary includes the most notable visits, and the most memorable experiences. So you don’t miss anything and live to the rhythm of the inhabitants.

Without my car

The bus, train and boat network is so well developed that you can travel the great west without your car. A very local way to discover all the riches of the country without missing anything.

From 10 to 500 people. Visit Ouest is also the hotel partner of SPACE, the 2nd largest agricultural event in France.

Groups

We take care of our customers from Paris or the provincial airports of the west. A la carte tours for the day or over 2 weeks.

Luggage transfers

For hikers who need their luggage to be transported. Single price per piece of luggage between Normandy, Brittany, the Channel Islands and the Pays de Loire.

You can do almost everything in Brittany, Normandy, Pays de Loire and on the Channel Islands.
