Day 1

LYON RANKED AS UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE
Lunch in a traditional Bouchon Lyonnais.
Discovery of Lyon: From the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière, observe the incredible panorama of the city and the history of Lyon. Continuation of the visit to the heart of Old Lyon and its traboules, Saint-Jean Cathedral, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 2

MUSTARD AND TRUFFLES
Guided tour of the Mustard factory Fallot production site. Thanks to a revolutionary staging and the use of very sophisticated visual, sound and sensory means, you will discover all the stages of the transformation of the mustard seed.
On the way back, tasting in a cellar on the Burgundy Wine Route.

Day 3

– DIJON AND CASSIS
Rendez-vous à Nuit St Georges to visit the Cassissium, the world of Cassis. An exhibition will reveal its history, its culture and its multiple applications: crème de Cassis.
Lunch at the restaurant
Guided tour of Dijon, from the Palace of the Dukes and States of Burgundy to the Parliament district, passing through that of Notre Dame, and the medieval streets…

Day 4

VINEYARDS IN BURGUNDY
Guided tour through the heart of the vineyard… Pommard and its exceptional wines, Volnay, then Meursault stop for a visit to a cellar followed by a tasting of 2 wines.
Guided tour of the Château du Clos de Vougeot located at the heart of the ‘route des Grands Crus’, this unique site was the property of the monks of the Abbey of Cîteaux.

Day 5

VEZELAY AND SANCERRE
Route towards Sancerre in the morning.
Along the way: Stop for a visit and free lunch on Vézelay. High place of Christianity at the gates of the Avallonnais, Vézelay is also a charming perched village.

Day 6

SANCERRE
Guided tour to discover the rich history of Sancerre, between heritage and wine-growing landscapes that surround the rocky promontory on which the proud medieval city is located.
Visit of a wine estate and tasting of wines from the Sancerre appellation. After the immersion, the tasting: your taste buds will shiver with pleasure!
Lunch at the Restaurant.
In the afternoon: Discovery of a goat farm: The tasty Crottin de Chavignol reveals all its secrets to you!

Day 7

MACONNAIS AND BEAUJOLAIS
Route towards the South of Burgundy: guided tour of the Abbey and medieval town of Cluny. Then, the Haras national de Cluny opens its doors to you to discover this place and its residents.
Lunch at the Restaurant.
Departure towards Beaujolais, Guided Beaujolais Wine Route and tasting.
