Bayeux and it’s Tapestry, which depicts the events leading up to the Norman conquest of England
Gastronomy: taste a wide range of apple-based products: cider, pommeau and calvados and world reknown cheeses: Camembert, Livarot and Pont-l’Eveque
Honfleur, which inspired many impressionist painters like Eugène Boudin or Claude Monet

Arrival in Bayeux
Visit of the Bayeux tapestry, the historical center and the Cathedral.

Loop around Bayeux
Distance : 55/70 km
You will visit the Museum of the Battle of Normandy, the american cemetery of Colleville sur Mer and Omaha Beach, While cycling the Norman Countryside and it’s beaches.

Day 3

From Bayeux to Caen
Distance : 45/60 km
Go to the sea to visit the German battery of Longues sur mer, Gold Beach and the Arromanches’s artificial Harbors. You will then reach the city of Caen

Day 4

From Caen to Cabourg
Distance : 31/60 km
Go down the orne river to reach the sea and the Pegasus bridge, before crossing the river and reach Cabourg.

Day 5

Cabourg to Honfleur
Distance : 48/62 km
Cabourg is a charming coastal city. After you visite dit, leave the coast and enter the Pays d’Auge, the Norman postcard with all it’s horses and cows. Reach Beaumont Sur Auge. 2 options from there : go up north to Deauville and Honfleur, or visit the St Gatien’s woods.
