ACSM TOURS is a family owned and operated agency, specializing in tailor-made trips for small groups (solo travelers, couples, friends, family). Your travel designer can even be your guide during your stay !!!

HISTORICAL

We are an incoming agency based between Bayeux and Caen in Normandy.

The two founders of the company, Sarah and Alexandre, have more than 20 years of experience in tourism and passenger transport.

With a BTS in tourism and hospitality, a license as a tour guide and a Master’s degree in Finance and Audit, Sarah has held various positions in different sectors of activity including tourism in several countries.

Alexandre is a certified transport operator.

Both speak fluently French, English and Russian.

They joined their experiences, their skills, their know-how, their cultural diversity and their passions for the tourism business by creating the company ACSM TOURS almost 10 years ago.

SPECIALTIES

ACSM TOURS started with guiding and excursion activities.

Recently, it has become an incoming travel agency specialized in the Normandy destination.

The agency owns its own vehicles (sedans and minibuses) and has its own tour guides.

We are a human-sized company, flexible, adaptable and reachable 7 days a week.

We organize transfers, excursions, guided tours, thematic activities and design high quality packages for individuals and small groups (solo travelers, couples, families or friends).

The services can be in a format of half a day to several days in Normandy with the possibility of extending your stay to other regions of our territory.

We offer a wide range of services:

• chauffeur,

• guide-lecturer,

• nature guide,

• guide/driver,

• guide plus driver,

• concierge services,

• assistance to FBO companies at Paris and Normandy airports.

Our offer is addressed to agencies, T.O, hotels, all tourist providers or individual travelers, for French and foreign customers.

We have our own vehicles available in sedan or minibus not stamped with our company name.

ACSM TOURS can represent your company on the location for the reception and assistance of your clients.

It will remain an opaque intermediary for your customers. Only the name of your agency will be put forward during the whole service.

Sarah, our travel designer, will also be able to be your unique interlocutor, from the conception of your trip to its realization, since she will be able to accompany you all along your stay as a guide-lecturer/driver, for one or several days mainly in Normandy but why not in other regions if you wish it!

It is the most beautiful satisfaction and reward for her to work on a travel project, to see its outcome and to share moments of conviviality and enriching exchanges with her or your clients!
