DAY 1 : LYON DISCOVERY

Arrival in the morning, transfer from the airport to the hotel. Lunch in a typical restaurant of Lyon: “Bouchon”.
Guided tour of Lyon:
Discovery of Fourvière district ant its panorama. Then go down in the old downtown classified UNESCO World Heritage. Passage by the famous “traboule”, Saint-Jean Cathedral, the peninsula and end at the “Halles Paul Bocuse”. The mythical institution of the good food, the international reference of the gourmets, the Halle of Lyon Paul Bocuse are symbolic of Lyon and the French gastronomic excellence.
Diner cruise, transfer back and night at the hotel.

DAY 2 : FROM CHOCOLATE TO CHARTREUSE

Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure to ValRhona the city of chocolate.
Free visit of Valrhona the chocolate museum:
During a greedy and surprising wandering at the heart of the museum, you will discover all the trade secrets of the chocolate and the pallet of the know-how of Valrhona.
Lunch at the museum restaurant (dish cooked with chocolate): sample a savory chocolate dish.
Departure to cellars of Chartreuse. You will visit the cave of one of the most renowned beverage of the Rhone-Alpes region. Discover the subtle art of mixtures and combinations with the Chartreuse. A time class for you too to prepare and to serve your cocktail Chartreuse !
Diner at restaurant and night at the hotel.

DAY 3 : TRADITIONAL EXPERTISE OF THE REGION

Breakfast at the hotel.
Cooking class at Paul Bocuse Institute.
In a friendly atmosphere, within a small group, benefit from the know-how of the leaders and the experts in tableware of the Institute Paul Bocuse.
Lunch will be your dishes.
Departure to Pizay Castle. At the heart of Beaujolais, in the middle of its 80 ha of vineyard, the Castle of Pizay, built in XIX century, is a perfect place for your trips.
Visit of the castle, degustation of wines and spa access.
