Lyon is the Master of gastronomy with Paul Bocuse, the Master of Puppet with Guignol and also the Master of Silk with Canut history.
DAY 1 -BE PAUL BOCUSE FOR A DAY
• Theatrical tour in gourmet market “Les Halles Paul Bocuse” to discover the Gastronomy from Lyon, tasting as lunch.
• Afternoon: guided walking tour of “Secrets of the Gastronomy from Lyon”. Tastings and historical presentation of the UNESCO site.
• Praline brioche tasting.
• Installation at the hotel for dinner and night.
DAY 2 – BE A CANUT FOR A DAY
• You will discover the history of the silk weaving in Lyon through the history of an old family of canuts.
• Typical lunch.
• Guided tour of Musée des Tissus ( textile Museum).
• Dinner and night at hotel.
DAY 3 – BE GUIGNOL FOR A DAY
• Discover a show of Guignol, follow up by the ” behind the scene” in the Castelet, puppeteers will expose their secrets scenes!
• Lunch at Brasserie Georges.
• End of service
